WHAT IS DELIVERANCE & WHY DO I NEED IT?

PURPOSE OF DELIVERANCE

The ultimate purpose for deliverance is to be free from all bondages in order to serve GOD wholeheartedly and walk in liberty in Christ Jesus.

“And the LORD spoke unto Moses, Go unto Pharaoh, and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Let my people go, that they may serve me.” Exodus 8:1

When bound & in shackles it affects our relationship with GOD. This causes us to live a life contrary to the will of GOD, our purpose cannot be fulfilled while we are in bondage. Bondage caused delay and destruction to our destiny. GOD wants us free from all bondage so that we can :

Fear the Lord, walk in all His ways, love him with all our heart, and soul. Deuteronomy 10:122
Walk in liberty in Christ Jesus. Being free from sin, causes us to walk in our full power and authority. 2 Corinthians 3:17.
Be healed, delivered, and restored back to our original state, and have deep intimacy with him.
Walk in our purpose, serve others with our gifts, advance the kingdom agenda and live a Christ Purposeful life.

God's goal is to set you free from all bondages and bring you to the place of wholeness within to live a life of fulfillment in Christ Jesus. It is only then you can truly experience the love of GOD and serve GOD with all your heart in truth and spirit.

WHAT IS DELIVERANCE

“But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions” Obadiah 1:17

Deliverance is defined as “the action of being rescued”. I define deliverance as GOD mercy and grace in action in a person's life to set them free from all forms of bondage and bring them to the place of wholeness within to live a fulfilled life in Christ Jesus.

Deliverance can occur in many areas of our lives, Spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically, and financially.

Two types of deliverance that are top priority are spiritual and soulish deliverance. This is because these two areas directly impact the essence of your being, your spirit, and your soul.

Spiritual deliverance is deliverance from the oppression of demonic spirits, witchcraft, generational curses and altars, evil covenants, etc. Spiritual bondage keeps you from walking in GOD's purpose for your life. It keeps you from walking in intimacy with Christ and walking in your power and authority. This type of bondage comes to delay or destroy your destiny.

Deliverance in your soul realm is needed when you have endured trauma, abuse of any kind, or suffer from substance abuse. Your soul houses your mind, will, and emotions. Trauma and substance abuse can alter the state of your soul and cause you to function in a way GOD never intended you to function.

GOD gave us our souls for the purpose of GODLY rulership on earth according to Genesis 1:28. It is in our soul realm that the word of Christ is hidden, once it is in us it can find expression in the earth and the will of GOD can be done on earth as it is in heaven through your earthly vessel. This is why the devil seeks to destroy your soul.

If our soul is spiritually caged and psychologically damaged we cannot bring forth the kingdom of GOD on earth.

Deliverance in the soul realm focuses on casting out demons in your soul realm that are causing negative thinking, torment, and affecting your will. Another reason for deliverance in our soul realm is to break ungodly soul ties. Soul ties are spiritual connections or bonds that are formed between two people. Soul ties can be spiritual, psychological, and sexual. Soul ties cause our soul to be with another person or multiple people. This affects your true identity, you can become a shelf of yourself, filled with many other souls and voices. It is important to get deliverance and break the chains,

When our spirit, soul, & body are in divine alignment, we are empowered by GOD to fulfill His will on earth and rule as KINGS & PRIEST.

WHAT HINDERS YOUR DELIVERANCE

You cannot skip steps through the deliverance process and expect to be delivered. Many people want to start casting and binding demons, & yes you have the power and authority to do that, However, your house must be in order first before you can go binding and casting out demons. Understanding demons will retaliate and if you are not properly prepared and have not cleaned out your spiritual house you will get a good beat down.

Your deliverance can be hindered by:

Lack of repentance
Refusing to forgive and take accountability
Pride
Wrong motive
Refusing to let go of the old
Failure to sever binding soulish relationships
Ungodly soul-ties
Generational curses
Fear/embarrassment
Unbelief
Not being the wrong of GOD daily
Failure to pray and fast consistently

PREPARING FOR DELIVERANCE:

Deliverance is a process that you have to prepare your heart for, for each individual that process looks different due to what they may deliverance from and what is in the bloodline. When preparing for deliverance make sure you have JESUS, because it is HIM and the BLOOD that brings the VICTORY in that battle. No other name or person can bring deliverance. JESUS CHRIST is the DELIVERER, if you decide to believe and take

this walk of faith, here is what you need to prepare:

Personally affirm your faith in Christ Jesus
Humble yourself before GOD
Confess any known sin
Repent of all sins
Forgive, Forgive, Forgive. Ask God to reveal to you all those you have not forgiven, write their names down, verbal what they did to you, and hand them over to GOD.
Break away from all ungodly things, and practices (witchcraft, occult, horoscope, worshiping ancestors, tarot cards, etc)
Examine your bloodline, find patterns - pattern review generation's curses, and take that to the Lord. You want to break those generational curses.
Prepare your body for 3 days fast, start eating light, or do intermittent fasting to prepare your body. Deliverance requires a 3 day fast of repentance and seeking GOD.
Take your stand with GOD, and move by FAITH

Once you have completed that, you are ready to go to war and be free. Meditate on those scriptures, and know your authority in CHRIST.

“Shake thyself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem: loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion.” Isaiah 52:2 KJV

SIGNS YOU NEED DELIVERANCE

I will say we all need to go through deliverance weekly, monthly, and yearly. Due to the high level of spiritual activities on the earth and attacks against GOD's chosen ones. If you have never gone through deliverance that is the first sign that you need deliverance. Our bloodline carries curse that we have to break and set ourselves free from, here are a few signs that indicate deliverance is needed:

You went through or are in a narcissist abusive relationship & another abusive relationship. This opens the door for a legion of demons, mind-control spirits, divination, witchcraft, pride, lust, perversion, sexual immorality, premature death, and much more. (this is very deadly, please SEEK DELIVERANCE ASAP)
Come from a family that practices witchcraft, sorcery, occultism, free manson,
You were conceived in adultery or fornication. This open door for the spirit of lust
Your parents contemplated abortion, this opened the door for the spirit of rejection, death, fear
You were given up for adoption, this opens the door for the spirits of rejection, abandonment, and fear of abandonment.
You were abandoned by one of your parents, this opens the door for the spirit of abandonment, and fear of abandonment, people pleasing
You were abused as a child, this opens the door to the spirit of rejection, fear, and hurt
You were raped or molested, this opens the door to the spirit of lust, shame, hurt, promiscuity
You had a few death close calls, this opened the door for the spirit of death, and premature death also indicates a curse of premature death is in your bloodline.
You have been ill all of your life, from one illness to another, this opens the door to the spirit of infirmity and death
You witnessed something traumatic, this opens the door to fear and trauma
You grew up in a war zone, and this open the spirit of fear, murder, and death
You have been ridiculed all your life, this can open the door to the spirit of rejection, self-rejection, fear, and fear of rejection
You ran away from home early in life, this can open the door to the spirit of rejection and rebellion
You have been chronically depressed, and this open the door to the spirit of depression, rejection, sadness, and loneliness
You have been diagnosed with schizophrenic, this opens the door for the spirit of rejection, rebellion, and bitterness
You have learning disabilities, this opens the door for the spirit of rejection, fear, and binding spirits
You have been incarcerated, and this open the door to shame, rejection, and depression
Your parents were alcoholics, this opened the door for the spirit of addiction, rejection, and shame
You were exposed to drugs at an early age, and this open the door to the spirit of perversions, lust, rebellion, witchcraft
You are homosexual or lesbian, this opens the door for the spirit of perversion, lust, rebellion, and rejection
Porn addiction, open the door for the spirit of lust, perversion, shame, guilt, and addiction
You come from poverty, this opens the door for the spirit of poverty, debt, waste, and shame
You are addicted to food, drugs, nicotine, and alcohol, this opens the door for the spirit of addictions, gluttony, depression, shame, self, mind-controlling spirits, spiritual blindness
You were involved in a false religion, this opened the door to the spirits of religion, confusion, deceptions, rebellion, and self-righteousness.
You were involved in an abortion, this opened the door to the spirit of Molech, bondage, death, murder, guilt, shame, depression, barrenness
You have gone through divorce, separation, or a bad relationship, and this open the door, to the spirit of hurt, bitterness, control, rejection, and pity
You have a hard time drawing close to GOD, praying, or reading your bible, this is the spirit of pride (leviathan) and python spirit at work
You hear voices constantly, this opens the door to the spirit of paranoia, and schizophrenia
You have a hard time keeping a job, you get fired no matter how good of an employee you are, this is the spirit of poverty and a vagabond spirit in operation. This can open the door to the spirit of depression, suicide, shame, and self-pity.

Many more signs indicate deliverance are needed. If you find yourself going in cycles, repeating the same habits over and over, that is a sign of demonic spirits working in your life. God's will is for us to progress, not retrogression Check your bloodline for patterns, when anything is repeated 2-3 times it is a curse that needs to be broken.
