How do you break free from a narcissist?
The first step to breaking free from narcissism is to seek GOD and turn completely to GOD in repentance. This can be done by praying and fasting. Narcissists are completely evil and will go as far as to try and kill you. Only GOD can help you come out safely, only GOD can restore, heal and deliver you from that hell.
The next step is to go no contact if you don't have children with them. Avoid all forms of communications and altercation. Deleted social media temporarily, if you have to relocate or stay with family for a while do so. Follow all the instructions GOD gave you as you pray and fast seek HIM. (If you have kids and have to co- parents use the gray rocking methods and limit communication as much as possible.)
Narcissists come with legions of demons, they are demon carries and walking curses. When you get into a relationship with a narcissist, ungodly soul ties are created. This keeps you in bondage and keeps you under a demonic curse. You will face mental torment, stagnations, failures and nothing in your life will progress.
Due to the fact that spirits transfer, you will need to undergo deliverance. God can lead you into self-deliverance or lead you to one of his deliverance ministers. PLEASE BE AWARE OF WITCHES AND WARLOCK, they usually will post as spiritual coaches and healers but not of GOD. Pray for GOD TO LEAD YOU.
To start your healing journey, remove all toxic people and things from your environment, create a safe place, seek professional help (therapy) and GOD divine healer. You will have to search your soul and figure out what is broken within you, what trauma you haven't healed from ? what generational curses are in the bloodline that need to be broken.
